RESCALE Labs up and running
The European RESCALE learning model, designed to re-/upskill low-skilled adults, is currently being piloted in seven countries.

The third transnational meeting of the Rescale project took place in Budapest. The partners reflected on the implementation of the “Reskilling Labs” in seven countries.

Not only were the experiences with the labs to date summarized, but work also began on developing a handbook to support the planning and implementation of the Rescale learning model—that is, the retraining of low-skilled adults to better align with labor market needs and the provision of personalized individual support. In addition to providing support for practitioners who operate the labs and implement the programs, the project will also assist in policy and decision-making by developing a digital decision-support system.

The project website provides detailed information on the results achieved so far and the tasks still to be completed.
